Gymnastics or body-weight movements is a foundational element of CrossFit. In these classes we break down often challenging and complex movements into manageable & understandable techniques; making it fun for everyone, no matter their level of ability!
To accomplish your goals faster, keep intake to levels that will support fitness training but not body fat. Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.
