I cannot praise this Crossfit centre enough. They are a huge part in my personal transformation. Beyond that the people are my friends and a huge part of my life. Amazing coaching! Brilliant environment in which to train! Do yourself a favour and pop in to say hi to our community!

Fantastic CrossFit club and community! Trainers are super supportive (helped me through my entire pregnancy and then on my return to training) and knowledgeable.. absolutely love training at CrossFit Innovation. Would 100% recommend to anyone of any fitness level 🙂

I started CrossFit to challenge myself and have really enjoyed it so far. Beautiful clean facilities and equipment, super knowledgeable and helpful coaches that really care and a really welcoming community here. Definitely recommend.

Thank you to the whole team at CrossFit Innovation! The 2024 CrossFit open has been a great experience, I’ve loved feeling part of a team (go Team Murph!). I have pushed my limits mentally and physically and even Rxd a workout which is not my usual thing! No shame in scaling ever! The coaches and community are so encouraging, fun and supportive! Simply excellent. A welcoming community, knowledgeable and professional trainers, and brilliant new facilities. There are lots of class times to choose from, and the Crossfit style of training really yields results. Classes can be adjusted to cater to individual abilities and levels of difficulty. I highly recommend Crossfit Innovation.

I came to CrossFit innovation after an injury and was unsure of my capabilities. The staff have been excellent, scaling the workouts to allow me to train safely and effectively. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, with lots of encouragement and positive energy from everyone. Definitely worth giving a try.

I've been a member of CrossFit Innovation for a little under 1 year and in that time I've lost weight, improved my strength and find it much easier to complete day to day tasks. From the very first day I walked in the doors I was made to feel welcome by the coaches and other members. My fitness journey hasn't been linear but the continued support from the coaches and other members has kept me coming back for more.

Cardinia CrossFit has been the best gym I have been to. I always felt anxious being in a gym without a friend but I have joined this family of people and love seeing them each day. Everyday is new and exciting, new movements, new combinations and even partner workouts on the weekend. We are always laughing and supporting one another to try new things and challenge ourselves. Recently we have been doing a winter challenge to help stay motivated in this cold weather and it has been so fun. Everyone has become competitive but supporting each other to push each day. I love it at Cardinia CrossFit and can't wait to progress more and see what I can achieve.

Returning to fitness after having my second Bub was daunting. Alana and the coaches at Cardinia Strength and Fitness are so welcoming and accommodating! All the workouts can be adapted to each individual’s abilities and injuries. I love training at Cardinia Strength and Fitness, it’s not just a gym, it’s a wonderful community of supportive and friendly people. This is the best gym around! Incredibly friendly, caring and supportive community. The Coaches are super friendly and supportive and always push you to achieve your goals. They offer a large range of different classes with lots of CrossFit, Weightlifting and CFGymnastics classes, you can really work on all your skills. I highly recommend Cardinia Strength and Fitness.

This gym is like no other!! It has everything you need to get fit and healthy as well as maintain it. The community vibe is so strong and welcoming! The gym is clean ans well cared for by the owner Alana. The trainers are all so knowledgeable and caring! I highly recommend this gym for any of your fitness goals!

By far the best training facility / environment in the area! Alana and the coaches at Cardinia CrossFit are all extremely knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and supportive of everyone on their fitness journey. Alana and the team at Cardinia CrossFit are great coaches. The gym has a nice community feel and everyone is encouraged to be their best self.All the coaches really know their stuff so you can work out feeing safe and supported. Between the CrossFit classes and Olympic weightlifting there is something for everyone. Make sure you come along and meet the crew!
