Thank you to the whole team at CrossFit Innovation! The 2024 CrossFit open has been a great experience, I’ve loved feeling part of a team (go Team Murph!). Cardinia CrossFit has been the best gym I have been to. I always felt anxious being in a gym without a friend but I have joined this family of people and love seeing them each day. Everyday is new and exciting, new movements, new combinations and even partner workouts on the weekend. We are always laughing and supporting one another to try new things and challenge ourselves. Recently we have been doing a winter challenge to help stay motivated in this cold weather and it has been so fun. Everyone has become competitive but supporting each other to push each day. I love it at Cardinia CrossFit and can't wait to progress more and see what I can achieve.

Returning to fitness after having my second Bub was daunting. Alana and the coaches at Cardinia Strength and Fitness are so welcoming and accommodating! All the workouts can be adapted to each individual’s abilities and injuries. I love training at Cardinia Strength and Fitness, it’s not just a gym, it’s a wonderful community of supportive and friendly people. It’s great to just show up and know you’re going to get a great workout 🏋️‍♀️

This is the best gym around! Incredibly friendly, caring and supportive community. The Coaches are super friendly and supportive and always push you to achieve your goals. They offer a large range of different classes with lots of CrossFit, Weightlifting and CFGymnastics classes, you can really work on all your skills. I highly recommend Cardinia Strength and Fitness.
